DIEGO LOPEZ is the data controller for MAGUS INTERIOR. Contact soporte@magusinterior.com for privacy questions or to exercise your rights.
Data and purposes
We process email, account identifiers and authentication information to create accounts and secure access; membership status, purchase identifiers, billing periods and referral identifiers to provide access and invitation rewards; support messages to answer requests; and technical logs, IP addresses, device/browser information and usage telemetry for operation, troubleshooting and fraud prevention. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
Reflections and AI
Journal entries and chosen intentions remain session-only and are not saved as a persistent account journal. When you request a personalized AI ritual, the selected reflection (up to 4,000 characters) is sent through Lovable’s AI service to its model provider to produce the response. This is distinct from session storage; infrastructure providers may process operational logs under their own retention practices. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want processed. Generated rituals are also session-only.
Legal basis
Account, membership, purchase and requested AI processing are necessary to perform our contract with you. Security, technical diagnostics and support rely on legitimate interests in providing a safe, functioning service. Records required by law are processed for legal obligations. Where optional processing requires consent, it will be requested separately and may be withdrawn.
Recipients and transfers
Data is shared as needed with Lovable Cloud hosting and authentication services, technical telemetry and AI service providers (including the model provider used for your requested ritual), and Paddle as Merchant of Record for sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Professional advisers or authorities may receive data where necessary or legally required. Providers may process data outside your country; where UK/EEA transfer rules apply, appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses are required.
Retention and security
Account and membership records are retained while needed to provide the service; purchase records may be retained longer for legal, tax, fraud and dispute obligations. Support and technical records are kept only as needed for their stated purposes, then deleted or anonymised. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent where applicable. Contact soporte@magusinterior.com. UK/EEA users may complain to their supervisory authority; we respond to rights requests within one month, subject to legally permitted extensions.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential browser storage maintains sign-in and the personal referral identifier. Session state holds journal content and intentions. Checkout may use essential cookies/storage from Paddle. You may clear or block storage in browser settings, but sign-in, referrals or checkout may stop working. We do not enable optional marketing cookies under this notice; non-essential tracking requiring consent must obtain it before activation.
