Seller and agreement
You contract with DIEGO LOPEZ, seller of MAGUS INTERIOR. Contact: soporte@magusinterior.com. By purchasing or continuing to use the service, you accept these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.
Digital book and memberships
MAGUS INTERIOR provides a digital ritual book and tier-based access to ceremonial reflection spaces, including optional AI-generated personalized rituals. The purchase page states the price, billing frequency, trial and any discount duration before confirmation. Monthly and annual memberships renew until cancelled; the Guardian membership is a one-time lifetime-access purchase, subject to these terms.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics. Our 30-day refund policy also applies. Subscription cancellation is available through the billing portal in your account.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, probe security, scrape the service or bypass access controls. Do not use AI to generate illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech or malware, or attempt to bypass its safety restrictions.
Intellectual property and AI
DIEGO LOPEZ retains ownership of the service, book, software, documentation and branding. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence within your plan; redistribution or resale is not allowed. You retain your rights to reflections and other inputs and must have permission to submit them. We process inputs only to provide the requested service. You may use generated rituals for personal practice, subject to applicable law and third-party rights; output may not be unique and no exclusive copyright is guaranteed.
Responsibility and moderation
You are responsible for prompts, verifying outputs and how you use them. AI may be inaccurate; rituals and reflections are not medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Use safe practices and seek qualified help when needed. We may refuse or filter outputs, restrict or remove infringing content and suspend accounts for abuse. Rights holders can report infringement to soporte@magusinterior.com; repeated infringement may lead to termination.
Availability and termination
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or serious or repeated policy violations, subject to applicable law. A failed recurring card payment does not immediately remove membership access while payment recovery is ongoing. Journal entries and intentions are session-only, not a persistent account archive; save any content you need before leaving the session.
